Chorus Roster of Members *
As a convenience to members, each semester the Chorus produces a roster listing names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and voice parts. This allows Chorus members to contact each other more easily, for example to arrange rides. The roster will be given to all members via email or, when requested, in paper form. It will not be made available to anyone outside the Chorus and it will not appear on our website. All members will be included in the roster unless otherwise requested. Yes I would like to be listed in the chorus roster. No Please do not include me.
Payment:
We are now accepting online payment for registration using PayPal! You will be given the opportunity to make an online payment after submitting this form. Online payments will make the registration process much simpler. Alternatively, you may bring a check, payable to ICC, to the first rehearsal.

Please note: Only those who have reserved scores will be able to pick up their music at the first rehearsal.
